Anthony Joshua may have made light work of Kevin Johnson on Saturday night but Britain's next heavyweight hope is taking no chances when it comes to his recovery.

The unbeaten 25-year-old needed less than two full rounds to stop the veteran American at the O2 Arena, knocking him down twice in the first before the fight was stopped a minute into the second.

But despite the ease of his victory, the Olympic gold medallist made sure he was in perfect shape with some mixed massage therapy on Friday afternoon.
